EMC Steering Robot

The steering robot is to apply precise and controlled inputs to the vehicle's steering system and, output the power from the high-performance built-in drive motor to make the steering wheel rotate leftward or rightward stably. The built-in torque and angle sensors with high precision record, display and feed back the torque and angle of the steering wheel in real time.

It meets the technical requirements in GB34660, and can operate stably under the interference intensity of 30V/m in the frequency range of 20MHz-6GHz without being affected due to its excellent EMC anti-interference performance.

Product Features

  • The controller is built into the system, designed as a whole, and highly resistant to electromagnetic interference.
  • Support for two control modes: torque transmission and angle
  • The steering control can be controlled in real time by the application software or automatically by built-in preset programs.
  • The control PC allows remote control of the robot from the control room via optical fiber communication.
  • The system is composed of an integrated steering unit (including steering actuator, control system, regulated power supply, data acquisition), fixed bracket, host computer and control software, shielded wire, etc.
